We’ll email you your voucher which is valid for a whole year. When you’re ready, just call us to book your experience. But don’t leave it until the last minute! Remember paragliding is weather dependent, so you may need to try more than once.
Call us the night before your booking to check the weather for the next day and confirm if we’re able to go ahead. We’ll also confirm where we’re meeting as the site depends on the wind and weather.
Bring some warmer clothes as it will be colder up in the air than it is on the ground. You’ll need good boots. You may also want to bring some snacks or drinks with you as you may be waiting for a while until the conditions get just right.
On the site, we’ll fit you with a helmet and harness and show you everything you need to do.
When the conditions are right, which depends on the day, we’ll have the flight. Remember to talk to your pilot about what you want from the flight – a gentle float about, or the chance to experience acrobatic flight. You can even have a go at flying the glider yourself if you want to.
Natural High Paragliding – Tandem Flight Gift Vouchers
This policy explains how our tandem paragliding vouchers work, including validity, booking, cancellations and refunds. By purchasing or using a voucher, you agree to the terms set out below.
All tandem flight vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
The voucher secures a tandem flight of a minimum of 20 minutes, subject to suitable weather and flying conditions.
Vouchers must be used within their validity period. Expired vouchers are not normally accepted.
If reasonable attempts have been made to book and fly within the 12-month period, voucher life may be extended at our discretion.
The voucher holder must contact us to arrange a preferred flight date.
Paragliding is weather dependent. Final confirmation of flying conditions will be made the evening before the scheduled flight.
If conditions are unsuitable, the flight will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Priority is given to customers who have booked in advance.
Vouchers are fully transferable to another person, provided they remain within the validity period.
If the original recipient no longer wishes to fly, the voucher may be gifted or transferred to someone else at no additional charge.
Vouchers are purchased as experience products and are non-refundable once purchased.
In exceptional circumstances, and solely at our discretion, a refund may be considered if no booking has been made. Where a refund is approved, this may be subject to an administration fee.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a confirmed flight date will incur a £30 cancellation fee.
Failure to attend on the day of the booked flight will invalidate the voucher with no refund.
Paragliding is entirely dependent on safe weather and wind conditions. Your safety and enjoyment are our priority. Flights may be postponed or rescheduled if conditions are not suitable, with no penalty to the voucher holder.
All tandem passengers must be day members of the British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA). The £20 day membership fee is included in the cost of the voucher.
For group bookings, all participants must be available to fly at the same time. Group bookings are subject to weather and pilot availability.
